Download Original Windows 7 ,all editions legally from Microsoft.

Many online shops and retailers (e.g. Digital River) sell Windows 7 licenses, and to fulfill the orders, the online stores host and provide digital downloads of Windows 7 setup installation files in the form of ISO image, which can then be unpacked and extracted, or used to mount on virtual drive and burnt to a DVD media disc to clean install Windows 7 on a blank PC or upgrade a system from existing operating system.

Here’s a list of available direct download links for Windows 7 all editions. All these files are in ISO format. For those who dont know what ISO is, ISO files are frequently used to distribute CD or DVD images. For example, if you download a popular windows distribution like links below, what you’ll most likely download is actually an .iso file.

Using a CD or DVD burning program (like ImgBurn), you can then write that ISO image to an actual disc. It requires a special technique to properly create the image, which is why you need to use tools like ImgBurn. You can’t just copy the file to the media and expect it to work. If you burn the ISO to the disc and still see the .iso file when you look at the disc, then you’ve burned it to the disk as a file – it needs to be burned to the disc as an ISO.

When you examine the properly completed disc, you’ll see all the files and folders that were contained within the ISO image. In the case of the Linux distribution, you’ll probably even be able to boot from the CD or DVD that you just created.

Even when you’re not dealing with software distribution, simply burning the ISO file to a disc will make the contents of the ISO readable by simply reading the contents of that disc.

<h3 style="background-attachment: initial; Nearly everyone who possess a mobile phone is tired of receiving bulks of promotional SMS from their subscribed telecom companies like Ufone, Mobilink, Zong, Telenor and Warid. But you can deactivate all those promotional messages by cellular operator

All you have to do is to call your respective Customer helpline and reach your Customer Service Representative (CSR). Ask your CSR to ban all those promotional SMS from their company to be received on your number. Here is the list of Customer Helpline numbers just in case you don’t remember them. Mobilink (111), Ufone (333), Zong (310), Warid (321) and Telenor (345).

As I have inquired about the same with Ufone Help Desk after some in depth talking he revealed the trick of blocking these sms. The CSR gave me the number ‘ 25625 ‘ (with Zero Call Charges) to call to and have the Ufone and third-party Promotional messages (Spam) turned off.

Its a computerized service and after you make the request formally by calling on the given number, the computer would tell you that your request will take upto 7 days to complete.

For Jazz mobilink Users: To Block Promotional Msgs Type "ALL" Send To 258 (This has not been verified)

I hope there will be some PTA rules and guidelines that exist for these Operator(s) promotional and their third-party promotional (sponsors) messages, as according to the Call Center Agent ‘ ALL Ufone Customers are subscribed to these promotional alerts ‘ i.e. without their intent !

Now just call them and get relieved from constant vibrations and SMS beeps that used to disturb your daily routines. Now you don’t have to get notified about latest “exciting” offers and details of “Lucky draws” by your service provider. Keep on using Mobile services without much irritation from your mobile company.

In worst case scenario, if cellular operator does not pay attention to your request, then you have a door open. Just send your complaint to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) by calling them on 051-9225325 or send an email at complaint@pta.gov.pk

Emails services we use, our privacy concerns and our choices.

Email has become part and parcel of our life. Postal service has become thing of the past. Even fax has been replaced by email service because why not send a scanned copy of your document via email rather than a black and white fax. The requirement of email for using nearly every service on internet has made email into a basic necessity, every time you sign up for any thing on the internet, you would not be able to do it if you lack an email address but apart from that email address has become a sort of identity for every person, or organisation.

Having said that email has made life a lot easier than it was before when only postal service and fax was present but along with that ease we also lost our privacy. When in previous era some sent you a letter via postal mail, it was understood that no one else had read it and you were the only person to open the envelope but things are not the same in case of email. Unlike postal mail email is vulnerable to be read by third parties.

Firstly we use email on our laptops, tablet and smartphone. anyone who has access to any of the three may easily access our emails but lets say this in not the case even then so our email is not secure because of the involvement of different connections, routers and servers owned by different companies. This means that even if your connection is secure there is no guarantee that other connections would be secure too. Your email could be accessed at different points either physically or virtually. Even when some server wants to backup their data you email is also stored in that backup which then becomes a kind of archive laying there to be read by anyone with access.

Lets suppose we somehow manage to get secure services for our emails but then their is the government surveillance thing. what choice do you have now when even the government "whose job is to protect the privacy of its citizens is after your emails destroying your privacy in ways you cant even imagine one example of which is the NSA’s PRISM surveillance Program. In united states "Electronic Communications Privacy Act" was introduced which means after 180 days your email no longer remains a protected communication. it just become a sort of database record. So if a government agency want a public access to your emails instead of PRISM system, they would only require a subpoena—instead of a warrant to access your email. Other countries of the world lacks even this 180 days of protection.

Source of image is Wikipedia

Source of image is Wikipedia

Many companies around the world have made efforts to make email more secure, but ever since the shutdown of Lavabit which was considered to be the most secure email service to date (reportedly used by NSA leaker Edward Snowden) and Silent Circle by government surveillance programs it has become virtually impossible to have a secure email service Unless otherwise some other system is introduced which is completely based on some newer platform and does not use any of the resources used by email.

Concluding that having a secure email service is not achievable so there is no point in looking for secure email service provider, so lets discuss different email service providers and their pros and cons.

Cost
Whenever we need an email service the first thing we look for is that the service is provided free of cost. fortunately there are many available like some used internationally Hotmail, yahoo-mail and Gmail and some other providers that are limited to specific countries like Mail.ru which is Russian email service and AOL mail which provide services in united states. Thanks to advertisements the biggest tech giants like Microsoft and Google provides email services with ads for free to users.

Data Storage
Hotmail and yahoo were the leading email service providers in the past decade when there was no Gmail. Apart from the fact that they gave each user a limited storage space and if a user was unable to use the service for more than two months they would just delete all their data and important emails and in order to receive new emails you were forced to re-activate you email. Then Gmail was born and apart from free service it brought an end to the data storage limits and the fear of loosing all the email because of not being able to log in for long time. Millions have left Hotmail and Yahoo Mail and started using Gmail for just the two reasons mentioned above but these are not the only reasons. The only other reason that kept people attracted to yahoo and Hotmail was their messenger service but since the arrival of Skype and other VOIP services people no longer are interested in messengers too. The fact that Gmail is faster, easier to use and even lighter to load have made the future of other email services very dark.

Quality of Service
I personally have maintained both yahoo and Gmail services but when ever i check Yahomail its like a headache. Most of the times when the inbox opens i am unable to open any email. just keep on clicking emails and nothing seems to be working. Its like if the page is dead. At first i thought something was wrong with my computer but when i opened other websites in other tabs they worked just fine, the problem was only within Yahoo-mail service. since the past few weeks i have now set forwarding on yahoo to my Gmail account so that i don't have to keep waiting for yahoo mail to open.

Ease of use
After checking all email service providers , Gmail turned out to be the easiest to use specially with the auto draft system which saves your incomplete email after every few seconds so you wont have to start from scratch again in case of any unexpected power failure or some issues with your PC.

Now that Google had introduced services like YouTube and GooglePlus it has become nearly impossible for other email service providers to compete with Gmail. Some websites discuss that Google reads our emails to provide relevant advertisements so its not secure. Then again as we have concluded that emails can never be secure so who cares if some bots read the emails to display relevant ads.

I hope after reading this post you would now stop looking for security and privacy in email services and instead look for quality and ease of use in service.

Comments are welcomed you you want to share your views.

When i was finished with reading the article my heart was full of praise for the writer and i scrolled down to write a comment for thanking the writer for such a nice piece of writing but while i was doing this something more amazing happened. Some else has commented before me but it was not about the article itself but sort of continuance to the article.

The comment was so true and appealing that i thought of sharing it with my friends. Since most computers or i would rather say nearly all computers are devoid of readable Urdu fonts so i did a little homework and am now presenting you a part of the comment in a nice readable format.

I hope you would like it and don't forget to share it on Facebook or Twitter by clicking the share buttons below.

Defend yourself from flu and common cold "the discomfort of winter season" with vitamin C

Why Vitamin C is Important?
The answer is simple . Vitamin C is a very important micro-nutrient and carries out multiple functions in the body. It helps to better defend ourselves from common colds , flu by boosting the immune system. It has an antioxidant effect and its proper use is recommended especially for smokers who are subjected to a harmful effect of free radicals. In addition, it has an anti-aging property. It also helps to combat iron deficiency anemia (caused by lack of iron) and improves mood. Vitamin C is essential for our body but our body is unable to synthesize it by itself which make it very important to be certain to consume proper amount from foods containing Vitamin C or take vitamin C supplements.

Foods containing Vitamin C:
Sources of Vitamin C includes most citrus fruits like oranges, lemon , Guava, black currants, kiwi, strawberries Papaya, Lychee, Pineapple, Brussels Sprouts,Cantaloupe, Kale and vegetables including tomatoes, green Chili peppers, broccoli, arugula, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach.

Rose hips are particularly high in vitamin C content, one of the richest plant sources available. They can be eaten raw, like a berry, if care is used to avoid the hairs inside the fruit. During World War II when German submarines were sinking many commercial ships, citrus fruits from the tropics were very difficult to import. The people of Britain were advised through The Times newspaper, articles in the British Medical Journal, and pamphlets to gather wild-grown rose hips and to make a vitamin C syrup for their children.

Therefore to "arm ourselves" against the flu virus in winter we must stimulate our immune system to give ourselves a shield to defend us from flu or common cold we need a full supplement of vitamin C in form of citrus fruits or other foods that contains vitamin C as mentioned above.

A recent research study by the "Observatory nutritional Grana Padano" has assessed the dietary intake of vitamin C through foods consumed by a sample of approximately 7,600 individuals over 18 years age, their findings suggested that in winter there is a greater consumption of citrus fruits and some vegetables that contains vitamin C, such as tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli and legumes in general. The problem was that there were certain Habits of the participants that undermined the efforts of the participants of the study to retain sufficient amount of the Vitamin C and maintain its beneficial activity despite their sufficient intake.

Michela Barichella, Head of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Unit ICP Milan, shed some light on how to tackle this problem and explained how vitamin C could be retained and utilized in the right way to achieve maximum benefits. below are some of the conclusions drawn from the study.

Stability of Vitamin C
The amount of vitamin C present in the food consumed is not sufficient to determine the coverage of the daily requirement necessary to the body because of the easy spoilage or destruction of this important water-soluble micro-nutrient. One may be under the false impression that he or she has consumed enough amount of vitamin c containing foods but the amount that reached the body may vary from the actual amount we think we ingested because it depends on how the foods are processed before eating.

The reason is that although Vitamin C, while being easily found in fruits and vegetables is also very unstable. In fact, exposure to sun, light, prolonged storage and intense cooking may cause it to lose its properties. For this reason, the amount that we believe that we consumed can be much less than that present in the foods we
consume.

Therefore its mandatory to eat fresh sources of Vitamin to ascertain the amount of vitamin we take, do not leave peeled citrus fruits in open air as oxygen degrades vitamin c, consume immediately after peeling. Also do not expose vitamin C containing foods and vegetables to extensive heats. Since its a water soluble vitamin it easily degrades on exposure to heat.If you want to lose less vitamin c then vegetables that are cooked in a microwave oven, steamed or grilled, rest assure that cooking time reduced as much as possible and with limited amount of water. Copper utensils also adds to the degradation of vitamin C.

Please note that this does not mean you have to eat under cooked foods as that might lead to other bacterial and other infection.I want to emphasize here that only vegetables and fruits that otherwise are protected by its outer covering are safe on the inside once the skin is removed so those foods only may be eaten under cooked or even without cooking.

How much food should you take to get enough Vitamin C?
Recently, the European Food Safety Authority has established the daily intake levels for vitamin C and manganese. The Agency has determined that 90 mg of Ascorbic acid is enough per day which is the equivalent of an average orange to get all the benefits of the valuable vitamin. Just a nice juice a day and you
get the average daily intake of vitamin C to stay healthy. Alternatively, you can consume other citrus fruits like grapefruit, mandarins. Citrus fruits can be consumed after a meal and even at breakfast. They can also be used squeezed or added to salads. , It is also advisable to eat fresh vegetables in season during lunch and dinner.

Habits that destroys Vitamin C.
There are certain habits that would destroy vitamin c even if you take it in sufficient quantity. smoking is on the top of these habits As a single cigarette is known to destroy about 20 mg of vitamin C .

People for whom Vitamin C supplement is absolutely necessary.
Although Vitamin C is necessary for all individuals but but especially important for children and those who suffer from recurrent infections. As a cigarette eliminates over 20 mg of vitamin C, smokers are more prone to vitamin c deficiency therefore its necessary that they should take a lot more vitamin to reach the recommended daily requirement

The post is becoming lengthy so i would stop here, i believe i have discussed the most crutial points regarding the topic, If you believe i have missed something. please comment. Thank you.
